My Play Date With A Rock Star!

Sasha, the cute furry one, here. Yes, I got a play date today and afterwards I found out that Miss Pee Wee who doesn't care for me too much is actually a Rock Star now. Can you believe it! Little old me zooming around the house, pottying in the back yard, barking at German Sheppards, and dozing in the big picture window at a Rock Star Wiener Dog's house! Oh, I am so moving on up in this world now. I wonder if the Pupperotzi will be hounding me for photos? I wonder if we will make the cover of Dachshund Digest? I wonder if Pee Wee will bite-o-graph a CD for me? Oh, dachshund happy tail butt wiggle dancing going on now.

It'S SNOWING SOMEBUDDY MAKE IT STOP!

Your furry friend Sasha here. It is snowing and I hate cold white stuff in my fur. I hate wearing my coat cause I prefer to be nakey, and most of all my paws are cold and wet. Some one send some sunshine up our way. We poor, cold, wet wiener dogs would prefer a little global warming right about now.

Well, in between the snow torture potty trips, your little wiener dog buddy here has been busy holiday window shopping on line. Cause you know us doxie shoppers are always welcome on the net. The Winter Wiener Dog Blah's Have Started.

It has been cold, windy, rainy, and just plain miserable for a low to the ground doggy. I am thinking of spending most of the winter sleeping. Who else is with me? I have my trusty pink couch crack to snuggle in, morning sun through the window, and sometimes a warm fire to lay by. Now, if I can just convince Mommy to let me potty in the house I would be all set. But, she keeps making me go out there. Brrr.

Halloween Costume Party- The Horror!

Sasha here. OK. Not a good day at all. Mommy and Miss Suz thought it would be fun to take me, Frito, and Peewee to a Halloween Costume Party at Petco. Not my idea at all. First, I was all excited thinking play date at Frito's house, then we were only there for like 15 minutes. Didn't even get one zoomie in. Then, we went to Petco, and I was so excited thinking new bobo or squeaker or a new cuz toy. Before we even get out of the car, Mommy puts on that stinkin pumpkin costume, and you all know that wasn't my pick this year. I go walking in, and you know what some pug has the nerve to sniff my butt, and then tell me that Hallowiener Day isn't about wiener dogs. I got laughed at by every dog I came across except for Frito who was being a scaredy pup and Peewee (the alligator) who just wanted to bite someone.

So, guess what folks. Halloween has nothing to do with wiener dogs. Why didn't someone tell me this before now! Oh, what a bad day I had. I got a few treats, and some pets which wasn't that bad. Then, we left and all I got was a bag of treats. No new bobo, no new squeaker, no new cuz, and I even walked down the run way and back so cute and posed for the judges. I think I am going to grab a few more cookies and head off to bed.

Hi all,
Mommy had me visit the red wagon wieners last night and it was so much fun. I zoomied, ate treats, zoomied some more, and then I discovered these giant birds in this big crate. I couldn't help be drawn to them. They were bigger than the sparrows that I chase in my backyard, and they were inside the house. I was thinking maybe they might be the after dinner entertainment and maybe desert, but apparently they are pets like us doggies only with feathers. Not sure I get that, but still it was kind of cool.
Then, Pee-Wee was having issues with me most of the night. Something about "my house, my pillow, my daddy, all of it is MINE!" She kept telling me. Apparently, she didn't get the memo about my visit and special accommodations for the night or something. Well, it was a great visit, and sleeping with one of the human boys in this very warm water bowl of a bed was neat after I figured out it wasn't going to get me wet. Then, morning got here way to quickly and I was being hand feed which is apparently part of the quest services at this red wagon hotel or something. But, when Frito was getting a little too close to my kibble, I did have to let him know a little gruffly that it was "MINE!" A girl has to replenish her nutrients after all that zooming right. Well, apparently Frito got a little startled by my attitude, and well, I felt I had to apologize later for my rudeness. He forgave me and we played some more. All in all, I had fun and was spoiled a lot, but I did miss my mommy and my big brother Charlie. Thank you Miss Suz and the rest of the wiener gang for letting me visit.

The Day It Rained Leaves

Hello, all my wiener dog fans out there. Today, it actually rained leaves. The neighbor's trees had a bad case of shedding today so when the wind blew down would come zillions of leaves. I had a blast trampling through the jungle pile of leaves on the ground, chasing the falling ones, and of course chasing the pesty squirrel. Enjoy the pic and video for your Sasha fix. Sasha here. I was so excited when my prize box came today from the photo contest that I won from the petsjubilee team shop on etsy. I didn't want to share with my big brother Charlie all my goodies like treats, toys, bandanna, bow, collar charm, art to decorate my crate with, and so much more. That is why I look so worried and scared in all the pics cause I didn't want Charlie to get my stuff. It was mine right. I won it. Well, anyways Mommy made me share, and well, I did reluctantly. I just want to say thank you to Shari, the petsjubilee team, and all the humans and critters that voted for me.
