Hi alls. Sasha heres agains. The snow has finally melted and the warm spring sun is tryings to make an appearance daily nows. Me and Bears know it is time to get back into shape for a busy summer of squirrel chasing. So we has started our spring training recently.
We started with solo toy strengthening exercises. You can sees we are concentrating so hard.
Then, we gots into a steady routine of squirrel capturing drills. You can sees my squirrel imfursonation skills at work. Bear is getting so goods at pinning a doxie acting like a squirrel. heehee.
Our grumpy old man, Charlie, leading us from his comfy place on the couch. Trust mes if we don't dos it rights he comes and gets us until we dos it rights.
Mes whispering secret squirrel pawtrol orders to the young pup. He might earn a pawmotion if he keeps up the good work. This year has got to be his year to capture his very first squirrel uprising.
And while we was training so hard, mommy was working on a new shirt. This time she attempts her artistic abilities on other breeds of dogs and um well "felines". Yes, mommy is drawing "cats" on this shirt. I is not at all happy about that. But, I did insist on a fair amount of doxies on it just to balance out the um "cats". Here is some sneak peeks of it. It is raining dogs and cats themed. It is XL and no reserves on this ones either. Up to who ever gets it first when it is all finished and listed on etsy. She still has to irons it, washed it again, and all thats so it will be awhile still.
Well, I best gets back to my training pawnewvers. May it bes a fruitful squirrel chasing season to all the squirrel pawtrol members outs theres. Woofs at you alls later.

Hi all. Sasha here. I hads to pop on and share this awesome pawsome prezzie from our friends on the Petsjubilee Team on etsy. They sent Mommy and me this awesome watercolor painting from Miss Eva's shop on ETSY called PaniEva.
We just loves it because it fits our mission of the Squirrel Pawtrol and everything. We is so honored to receive this special prezzie and we are putting it in our dachshund collection to stand guard against squirrel attacks. We loved the card, too. It was so special. Thank you all so very much. It mades our day. Doxie kisses to you alls.
You knows I had to first make sure all the secret messages weres declassified and hiddens from it before posting it. For the Greyt Guard, I gots your hidden message and reinforcements will be sent pawto with extra squeaky toy rations for the current front line puppertroupers. Long lives the home town hound heros of the Greyt Guard! May, there be many squirrel pawtrol operations' stories to tell the grand pups for years to come.

Bear Is Now Pawmoted To Pawvet First Claws
Sasha here. I knows it has been furever since my last blog. But, trainings a pom puppy for squirrel pawtrol duties takes a good deals of my time these days. Bear has comes along quite wells. He has mastered all his basic training and has been pawmoted to Pawvet First Claws. He cans now do squirrel pawtrol pawnewvers outside with backup and he cans also do solo surveillance duty from the indoor window look out pawsition. Heres some new photos for all yous out theres to see how much hes growing.
This one was after his pawmotion ceremony. He was enjoying his chew stick a little too much.
This was Bear before his squirrel pawtrol crew cut.
I told him to take it easy on the beef chewies. I think he might have had ones too many at his pawmotion ceremony.
Here is Bear staring me down for shark bait. You knows I has the all time record for the stare downs. But, he did come pretty close.
Singing the squirrel pawtrol anthem together. Over hill, over potty grounds, we hit the rocky trail as the squirrel pawtrol zoomies onward.......
He sure did hit the high barks in his solo of the anthem.
The little feller was all tuckered out and feeling part of the squirrel pawtrol pack fursure.
Bear getting his first orders after receiving his first grooming and squirrel pawtrol crew cut. Where your blue bow proudly Pawvet. Real Man Dogs Wear Blue Bows.
Bear sporting his new collar bling license, rabbies tag, and name tag. All that is next is the microchipping for full access to the doxie squirrel pawtrol network.
Invisible squirrel alert. All paws on deck.
Bear on his first indoor window surveillance duty.
Before leaving Bear at his post, I must gives him the secret squirrel pawtrol pawword for the day.
Aww, I cans lay back and relax. Maybe.....What squirrel already? Where? Oh silly Bear that is justs a marmot.

Deer On Pawtrol
Hi all,
Sasha here. All has been quiet on the squirrel front the last few days. But, today after a long day of being couped up indoors due to the neighbors having an estate sale, (And you knows a girl can't poo with all that comings and goings right by my potty grounds.) us dogs got to have a bit of a special visitation. Bucky and Venison our wildlife squirrel pawtrol agents stopped by for a visit.
We were having a debriefing session when Mommy interrupted us with the flashy thing. But, they said the squirrels seem to be laying low right now all over the neighborhood. They seem to think the cold front coming in might be something to do with it, but I suspects squirrel evil doings are going to happen soon.
But, you knows these deer agents are pretty good at not letting mommy know they were talking with us. They went right into head butting whens they saw her. They said humans always likes to see that sort of thing from deer.

I tolds them humans don't have the ability to communicate across species unless I help translate with my doxie mind control. They said just to be on the safe sides to cuts the meeting short for tonight.
So we dids. But, thoughts you all would like to know the squirrel pawtrol has many agents out there helping to keep us all safe from the squirrels' evil plots to rule the world.

Squirrel Pawtrol Training Continues
Sasha here. Been training Bear in paw to paw combat and other necessary skills for the squirrel pawtrol. Working on sending messages to Mommy on how to get him a proper uniform harness to keep the big bad birdies from thinking he is a bunny and pawhaps scaring squirrels away too if we are lucky. Not sure she has got the message yet via mind control though.
Here is some recent photos of our training sessions.
Here I is pawtending I is a stupid squirrel with my back turned. You can see Bear is ready for a single pawed attack.
Here I is demonstrating pawper hind paw placement for balance while being pounced upon. I can not be moved by a Bear or squirrel.
Here yous can see that Bear has mastered the "Yep, I Is Bigger Than You!" stance.
This is Bear's big dog growl and snarl. He needs some work on this still.
This is me showing him how the big dog growl snarl is really done. You can sees Bear is observing quite studiously.
Well, that is all for todays folks. Stay tuned for future Bear training photos. I is going to make this fluffy one a good squirrel pawtrol canine agent if it kills me.

Bear In Training
Hi all. Things has been going well since my paw has been all healed up. Charlie and I has managed to stop the squirrels from taking over of what is remaining of our garden. Apparently, they don't like green tomatoes being tossed their way. heehee. Mommy often wonders how come the lawn is full of little green tomatoes, but we never let her see us aiming them at the nasty squirrels.
Bear, the new puppy, is still in training. He does learn fast, but he just doesn't have the stickedittoitness that us doxies have. Seriously, he rather chase the tomatoes and leaves falling than the squirrels. But, we are working with him.
This is Bear after capturing his first Bobo in our bobo capturing game similar to your human's capture the flag. You can see he is really proud of himself.
This is one of our training techniques catching a bobo in the air. Great for learning squirrel pawtrol airborne pawnewvers later.
This is me as drill doxie instructing him to go to silent stalking mode. Apparently, he has a hard time controlling his yapper.
You can't deny the importance of classical dancing lessons to help steady a young pups pawwork.
All this Bear training makes me, drill doxie Sasha, a very tired wiener dog.

Squirrel Pawtrol Training Of Bear.
I is teaching Bear all I knows about the squirrel pawtroling. He hasn't had all his shots yet so he can't go on any solo missions as of yet. So he is focusing on his drills. This one is the duck and cover. You can see from a squirrel's point of view he doesn't even look like a dog in this position. He still needs work on keeping the pose a wee bit longer before yapping, but he is doing pretty good for a pup in training.
This may look furrocious, but he is actually practicing his mouth to snout recessitation just incase of a dog down emergency.
This one is a more skilled technique that is used for escaping squirrel P.O.W. capture. Remeber give them only name, breed/species, and liscense number critters out there whenever you fall into squirrel enemy claws.
Finally, running long distance yard zoomies to build up stamina for secret long distance operations on squirrel home turf. Caution when viewing if you experience motion sickness. No kibble tossing on the keyboards out there please. Cause the humans don't know you know how to use them remember. Until, next time. Your furry leader of the squirrel pawtrol Sasha.
