Christmas 2012!

Hi Alls.  Sasha here.  I is pretty tired, but I thoughts I just hads to share our Christmas Day with you alls before nighty night times.  You sees we all pretty much gots whats we wanteds for Christmas.  This was Bear's first Christmas and he pretty much just wanted snow on Christmas day.  He has a secrete dream of being a sled dog maybe even for Santa Paws some day.  His breeds roots come from a variety of snow and sled dogs so not too surprised there.  I just don't have the heart to tell him his short legs aren't going to be much good for sled pullings. 

My day started to yaps of joy from Bear playing in the snow outside.  I pawfured to be undercover of blankies myself. 

Then, I heards that Santa came.  I hads to see whats I got this year.  I have been such a good girl with the training of Bear, and not pottying in the house, and sleeping on the couch with Mommy on the great grandma night shifts and alls.  I was hoping to gets at least some new squeakies and maybe even my very own wiener lazer like the ones on the Jack In The Box commercial so I could really scare the squirrels. (Not hurts them cause Santa doesn't roll that way.) And you knows whats.  I gots it all!

I is so happy that I is smiling big time.  Really, I am smiling Mommy.  Not making face at Bear who wants my new squeaky and to try on my wiener lazer.  Not Is.

Bear gots a new blue squeaky with a polar bear on it.

Charlie got a new brown squeaky bone.  He really likes it, too.
 

We thens had some disagreements about whose was whose for awhile.

Bear kissed and we made ups since it was Christmas and all.  We agreed to share all the toys, but whoever rips one first doesn't get to rip the next one.

You knows these squeakies are made by Miss Diana at StylinDogsBoutique and stuffed by Super Stuffer himself. Santa knows what us dogs like for sure.

It's My Birthday! I Is Five Years Old.

Hi all. Sasha here.  It is my birthday today. I had the bestest day (except for the rain).  Lets me tells you all about it.

First, Mommy got ups early today so I got my breakfast a bit early.  No big deal for me.  I like breakfast early.  Then, I gots some bites boiled egg (cause apparently I is on a diet so no b-day cake this year).  I really liked the boiled egg bites.   I wished I could have had the whole egg, but no Mommy says I can't get any plumper than I is already.  Really, I is in good senior doxie shape.  Apparently, I am in the senior years now according to my vet.  Don't feels it yet myself.  All I can see is a wee bit of frosting (white hairs) around my muzzle.  

Well, anyways, after the treats, Mommy let me open my prezzies.  I gots a new red toothie brush and beef flavored toothie paste for dogs.  This one came in a squeeze tube instead of the pump poultry flavored I had before with the collie on it.  I can't waits to try it out at bed time tonight.  Then, I gots a prezzie and I already knew what was in it from the way it smelled.  I knows the smell of new squeakies anywhere.

 Mommy opened it for me and gave me my hubby stuffed birthday bone and Charlie got one, too.  Cause he doesn't gets the whole birthday thingy.  He just knows he wants a new squeakie, too.  But, I got my own new bandanna that makes me special on my birthday.  The bones and bandanna where from Miss Diana from the StylinDogsBoutique on etsy.  I also got a cute birthday card and paw print sticker decals.  Not quite sure what I will do with those yet, but I knows I will use them.  Franks A Lot,  Miss Diana and Super Stuffer (I knows you stuffed the bones) for my new birthday bone.

Then, after some play time with my new squeakie bone, Mommy and me had a nap.  We snuggled under my favorite butterfly blankie.  It was pawfect.

She gave me a rain check on the birthday walkie.  Cause of all the rain, neither one of us wanted to go for a walk today.  But, you knows I will hold her to the promise of a birthday walkie on the first good day we have.

Well, that has been my day so fars.  Here is some pictures of my new bone and Charlie and his bone.  You can see the bandanna in some of these pictures, too.  Bark at you all later.  I wonder if I can get a bite of cheese with my dinner kibble tonight.....

We got new squeakies!

Mommy won a game that Miss Diana (from StylinDogsBoutique) did on the Petsjubilee Blog. So we picked a couple small squeakies as our prize and they came today. We played with them down in the basement cause it was way too hot to play upstairs. Mommy got a birthday prezzie from Miss Diana, too. A cute little red doxie sculpture. She loves it and will put it in her dachshund collection. Here is a slide show of what we got:

I Got My B-day Prezzie!

Hi all. I is officially 4 years old now by both my vet's records and my breeder's records. heehee. Long story on the two dates thing and I am pretty sure squirrels were involved somehow, but you know I am not minding celebrating my birthday twice. heehee.

Well, on to what I got for a prezzie. Miss Diana from StylinDogsBoutique made me this jumbo hubby stuffed bone stuffed by Super Stuffer himself. Mommy won it in a giveaway.

It has double squeakers, too!!

Then, Mommy knew Charlie would be left out so she got him a small hubby stuffed bone in camo color, too. We don't knows his b-day cause he was a rescue. But, we celebrate his gotcha or adoption day in November.

Then, I saws that his looked like fun cause it was smaller than mine and mommy kept throwing it. I gots bone envy bad.

Then, well, you know us wiener dogs on our birthdays. We gets anything we wants. Or at least temporarily.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Mommy got us new toys from StylinDogsBoutique! We were so surprised and I never saw them arrive in the mail. I must be slipping on my package sniffing duties. Hello all.

I gots new toys in the mail from Miss Diana and The G's. Well, I truthfully, I do have to share one with my big brother Charlie so technically I only got one new toy. But, I will take his when he's not looking. heehee.

Mommy brought in a package from the mail box and I knew right away it was for me. I can smell the G's on it. Plus, all packages are mine right? I just lets the humans have the ones that don't contain toys or treats. heehee.

Well, Mommy was taken forever to open my package. So I sat there in the beg position. You know up right like those meerkats do. I kept looking at Mommy and my package and back at Mommy. So finally, the doxie mind control kicked in and she put down the non-doggy mail.

She opened it, and it was two Christmas double layered fleece squeaky bone toys from stylindogsboutique. I was so happy. Mommy made the mistake of giving the bigger one to Charlie first. I gave him the whose the boss look and he wouldn't take it. So Mommy gave it to me. Then, she gave Charlie the smaller one. I pranced off if my new toy and played. Charlie had Mommy throw his a few times. We had a blast. Thank you Miss Diana and the G's for making my doggy day!
