We got new squeakies!

Mommy won a game that Miss Diana (from StylinDogsBoutique) did on the Petsjubilee Blog. So we picked a couple small squeakies as our prize and they came today. We played with them down in the basement cause it was way too hot to play upstairs. Mommy got a birthday prezzie from Miss Diana, too. A cute little red doxie sculpture. She loves it and will put it in her dachshund collection. Here is a slide show of what we got:

Stress Relief For Hard Working Humans

Sasha here. I keeps hearing all these things about how the humans are really stressed with too much work, not enough work, not enough money, and family issues. I thinks the humans should do what we wienies do when life gets a bit too crazy. We watch a little NATURE and for some reason things just waddle into "furspective".

Now, humans take a deep breath in and out. Then, repeat after me: "I am but one little creature in an unimaginable universe full of wonder."

My bobo costume came!!

My bobo costume came in the mail today from DianaDesignsNY . I was so happy cause I smelled Miss Diana's dogs on the package. I even had to stick my head in the package to get a good wiff. I saw my own stickers on the bag, too so you know it was very cute packaging. Then, mommy put my costume on and even though it was a bit warm for this heat wave, I did look oh so cute in it. So I knew I had to share pics and video of me trying to get to that bobo head squeaker. Now, you all know who better when first price in the Hallowiener day contests this year.

The Tunnel!

Hi all,

Your furry friend Sasha here. The electrician is gone for now and he left behind something really cool- a big, giant tunnel!! I has been trying to explores it, but Mommy always barks at me in that I'm going to be in trouble human bark when I get too close. I only fell in once and that was cause I wanted to bark with the neighbor dog, rocky, before I realized it was "booby trapped". Mommy gave me a paw and lifted me out with no harm done, but the tunnel is still pretty cool. I kind of wish mommy will lets the guy keep it that way after the chief inspector sniffer guy comes and gives the paws up sign on the electrician's work. If not, I wonders if grandma will let me dig my own? Bark at you all later.

The battle at my water bowl!

Hi all. Sasha here. There was a vicious battle at my water bowl today, and I have video to prove it. This video might make you humans realize how much us doxies have to protect our water bowls, and it ain't funny mommy. So stop laughing at me.

Well, been coming off the campaign trail highs and the low of not winning. Those yummy treats have escaped my paws yet again. Well, we did try our best I guess.

It has been busy around here. I have yard privileges again as long as I don't potty on it. Which is really hard for a doxie not to do, but I have made it to the potty path so far each time.

Dachshund team news is we have another new member. Doxiedoodles so please check out the store if you get a chance.

I am tired, mommy is tired, so I will post sad me pic, and my two liter bottle wrestling video than head off for a nap.

Naptime Interrupted!

Sasha the cute little wiener dog here. You know I am very cute and so I don't need as much beauty sleep as other critters do, but the occasional towel to tunnel under does promote some rare catch up Z time. I have pictures of me napping until I was rudely awakened to the flashing of a camera. So once awake, I say you might as well play. Enjoy the pics and video folks.
