Bolt The Movie Review

Sasha, the wiener dog, here. Mommy and I watched the cartoon Bolt today. It is all about a super dog that really isn't a super dog, but he doesn't realize it for most of the movie. There was a lot of funny parts and there was a black and tan wiener dog in one short scene. I give this movie two paws up and is a good movie for even the puppers to enjoy. The dachshund should have had more than one line, but I is happy they had a wiener dog at all. There is a great hamster in this film that really steals the scenes with funny lines, too. It is a good film that teaches the importance of the human pet bond and what happens to abandon animals. Here is an etsy treasury with bolt related items.

Mommy has been busy all day doing things like washing sheets and cleaning the kitchen, so she let me pick the items for the ETSY treasury this time. Woohoo! Dog Food Bag Wrestling!

Hi all Sasha here.

I had a blast today. It was a triple doggy good day. I can dance and wiggle my butt all day long because I am so happy.

First, mommy toted me out and showed me the new grass starting to grown in our back yard this morning. It smelted like grass, but it looked more like peach fuzz and moss with a few green prickles sprouting up. Mommy says it is starting, and before I know it the yard zoomies will be on their way again.

Second, grandpa tossed the empty dog food bag on the back deck. So little old me invented a new game. Walk inside the bag, wrestle it into submission, and fling it across the deck. The farther it goes or if it hits something the more points you get. I was having a blast entertaining myself doing this repeatedly and then I noticed mommy with the camera. Darn, mommies have to spoil all the fun. Ya know worring about suffication or who knows what else. Once I saw her, I couldn't play my game any more. No fun if your being watched.

Third, our etsy store has an item in a treasury. Woohoo! Mommy is always making them, but hardly ever gets in one. This is a team one for petsjubilee and we think it is so cool. The Movie Hollywood Chihuahua and Treasury.

Sasha here as usual. Still no news on mommy's job interview. We are still hoping, but like mommy said lots of people need jobs right now in this town.

We watched Hollywood Chihuahua with a could human pups mommy watches. It was an OK movie. It should have stared me and my doxie prince Oscar. Poppy was a good hero, too though. Chloe was supper spoiled like me, but I have to admit I am not that spoiled. I still have a normal collar and eat kibble and all. I liked the Chihuahua Warriors verses the mountain lions part. They have some major bark ability. But, I give it two paws up for a good dog family movie.

Mommy got a new main treasury tonight and it is space themed. It is called Out Of This World. You got to take a peek at the aliens and space ships. Totally, cool. I wonder if there is an etsy arfist who can make me a alien doggy outfit?

We got to do the happy tails butt wiggle sales dance this evening for our etsy store. No post office trip though because our post office is closed on Saturday. Mommy is going to mail it tomorrow at the grocery store. Darn, I don't get a car ride on this one. She can't keep an eye on me in the car at the grocery store like she can at the post office with the big windows and all. Really, how much trouble can one little wiener dog get into in 5 minutes time?

Two trips to post office today. Wiener dog happy!

Sasha here. Today was a two car trip day to the post office. Mommy had sold some old dvd's on e-bay and was taking them to the post office. Then, when we got home. There was an etsy sale. We both did the happy tails sales dance which is quite funny to watch. I keep telling mommy she should video tape it and put it on you-tube but she doesn't listen to me. So mommy got the package ready and I got my leash back on for another car trip to the post office. Woohoo!

We got back and waited for a treasury to open and Mommy got a main treasury. This one features the underdogs of etsy. You know all those doggy items whose stores have 50 sales or less. I have my eye on the dogs playing poker apron, but too bad it doesn't come in dachshund size. Well, please give some views to these hard working Underdogs in our new treasury.

Well, no word on Mommy's job interview. They said they still had a couple more days of interviews so we will see. We still have our paws crossed though.

Dachshund Team Member Spotlight: ClayConnections

Sasha here. It has been a slow day in the doxie neighborhood today so I thought I would spotlight one of our team members shops today.

So put your paws together and give a little wiener dog love to ClayConnections. This store is different than others we have featured on here. She does clay miniatures and mostly food type items in her store. She has slowly gotten addicted to us little long ones like the rest of us, and is hoping someday to have a long doggy of her very own to love. She is not only a member of our Dachshund Team, but a co-captain/ leader of it, also. Open Season 2 best wiener dog movie of the year!

I loved Open Season 2. Mr. Wienie was so cool. Four paws up on this one even if I have to roll on my back to do it. The movie was all about a wiener dog and the pets verses wild animals. All you wiener dog lovers must see it. Me and Mommy have watched it two times now. It is so awesome pawsome.

Mommy has been making some new cards for our etsy store should be showing up this week sometime. Some are really funny and the patriotic was is pretty cool, too. Mommy joined another team on etsy. The human that does my favorite treats is involved with it. Apparently, she sales team sample boxes at the PetsJubilee Team Store. A Dog's Thoughts on the New President!

Today was pretty special for the humans in America. With a new president and all the hopes for a better tomorrow and all. However from a dog's point of view, I wonder a few things. One this Alfa male is now in charge of a whole country. How is he ever going to mark all that turf. I mean my brother Charlie and I do our best just to mark our back yard in a day's work, but there are billions of backyards out there. He better start drinking a lot of water. I just don't see it. Second, the promise of a dog when they move to the white house. I know it is his first day and all, but I saw no dog getting a happy home today. He better deliver on that one for sure. We dogs can be powerful promoters in the next election. Third, I have scene many humans in my almost two years of life promise treats for doing a few tricks. Is this what we are in for, or is it a major upgrade on the kibble food scale coming.

Well, I know this country is in some major trouble, and I wish this new guy a lot of luck. And I am willing to dig in and lend a paw any way that I can. Heck I can mark my own turf twice a day if that is what it takes. Mommy you might have to refill the water bowl more often.

Well, Mommy and me made a treasury west today in honor of our new president with the simple title Obama's Dog? These may be a few special doggy related accessories the first dog and family may need upon arriving at the white house. Well, off to bed. I gots a play date tomorrow. Woohoo!

The Mess in the Bed at 2 am!

Yes, I admit it. I threw up in the bed this morning. Mommy was not happy with completely making a new bed at 2 am, and I was very sorry. And my mommy knew that. She gave me loves and some bites of bread to help my tummy feel better, and it did. I was fine by breakfast.

So in between washing sheets, blankets, bed spread, covers, etc. Mommy got another treasury. Woohoo! This one is very different and designed to help all the human guys out there not have to share the crate with us dogs on Valentine's day. It is called What A Girl Wants? Hint, you ladies out there ought to send a link of this to all your guys. My crate ain't big enough for a daddy in there, too. She also, managed to post her paw print gift tags/mini bookmarks today. They are made from recycled materials of wall paper and old business cards.

Well, that is about it. I will post a picture of the paw print gift tag and see if I can find a cute one of me for getting your Sasha fix. Night all.

New Treasury and New Dachshund Team Member

Boring day for me!

Mommy has been on the computer most of the day. She has been helping make a banner for Miss Suz and trying to get another treasury. She got one all about wieners again. We sure could use some clicks on all the lovely dachshund items. It is called FOR THE LOVE OF.... We got it for about three days.

It has been a day of squeaky toys and wrestling with my big brother Charlie. I will post more pictures of me just in case my fans were going through Sasha Pic withdrawl.

During my day, I was thinking the question that I will never understand about humans. Why do they have to get wet everyday on purpose? I mean we dogs like them smelly so why get that yucky soap smell all over them. I know you k9 bloggers out there agree the smell of wet human is not very pleasant. So why do they do it? Oh, well, the mysteries we dogs will never figure out. Bark at you all later, Sasha.

My Chihuahua Cousin came for visit!

Today was a busy day. Mommy was working on some window clings and should be posting the later on her etsy store. She got another treasury west tonight just by luck. She made this one a Dachshund Team Treasury. Featuring five team members and some other doxie friends. Hopefully, we will get more team members soon so we can make the whole treasury full of Dachshund Team peeps.

Then, my chihuahua cousin came over and she don't like me at all. She is around cats at her house so I thinks she doesn't know she is a dog. What ever you do don't sniff her butt. She growled at me for that, and if you humans could only understand those words. Lets just say they weren't nice. I have pics that I am showing you of how she hid behind her mommy and her growling at me when I sniffed her butt.
